Wow. Such an amazing experience! We appreciate Jeff's service. He was a very nice, professional & helpful person. Jeff also made the process very simple & easy for my family & I to understand. We purchased a car at BMW of CS last Saturday and could be happier with our experience. Jesse Singh was our salesman and he was great. Very patient, not pushy at all, just overall an incredibly professional experience. The dealership is modern, has a nice lobby and lounge, and a great playroom for our little one. I'll go to them first when we get ready to replace our car.
Super nice dealer, way better than all of the dealers in Houston area, easily worth the extra 20 minutes to drive here.
While we couldn’t make a deal, I would definitely recommend this dealership. I had worked with Juan, who was very straightforward, friendly, and not pushy in the least. They had a 2019 Honda Pilot that was really nice, but I could get a new 2020 for just $3K more, so we plan test driving them this weekend. Again, definitely recommend for customer service, wish we could have made a deal!
I drove 450 miles to purchase a car from Laura at BMW of College Station. I would not have gone that far had she not worked so har to make me feel comfortable. I would highly recommend BMW of College station to anyone looking to purchase, and I would tell them to ask for Laura.
