They're *usually* pretty good, just inconsistent. It seems like every other time I go here the tapioca is just...off? Sometimes it just tastes flavorless while other times it tastes fine. I don't know if this comes from new employees that cook the tapioca differently, but it's not fun not knowing what to expect each time.

That Isaac park is special. Probably the best employee I've ever met, and I've been to many Shareteas. God I love that kid!
I ordered my drinks today and waited for nearly 30 minutes. There were only like 3 customers ordering and I have totally no idea how this could take so long. What’s even worse, two people got their drinks before me but I was the one who ordered first.nnAfter 30 minutes of waiting all I got was a “sorry for keeping you waiting” with an indifferent tone by the guy. This is the worst attitude that I have ever seen.
I got their strawberry with milk tea and boba, super good. I wish it came in multiple sizes though. Would visit again
