Well, I do not go to Starbucks often, but while I have been here the drinks and food are good. However I will say they might mess up a order every once in a blue moon and they might not spell your name exactly right. But overall it's great, the customer service is also very good.

This is the same as any Starbucks in terms of drinks, but it's actually owned by Chartwells (or so I've heard from some of the employees) and that means they take dining dollars (for A&M students) and close early on Fridays and have different hours then other Starbucks. Go to the one on University that's down the street from this one, it's bigger and more spacious and just a 6 minute walk (give or take a couple minutes).

Love it. Clean, lots of seating, baristas are kind but efficient. Wide range of menu items. The possibilities are endless if for customizing a drink. Breakfast items are the only downside, as I've found many of the hot items to sometimes come out cold or lukewarm in the middle.

It would take you less time to walk to the Zachry Starbucks and get a drink than it would to wait in line and get one here. I've been utterly spoiled by the speed of the other to the point where this one is at a snail's pace that can't be overlooked.

Long lines but great people, specially a Muscular guy that always take my order, I always get the Strawberry Açaí and that day they was out I ask for a refund but he change my mind asking me what type of flavors I like and finally I finish getting the Passion Tea lemonade !! Loved !!
