Non-stop contradicting information from the bank/support number. So, you waste hours trying to figure out what you are eligible for. Estimation processing/delivery time also differs.nnIf that wasn't bad enough, their anti-fraud system is a joke. If your card gets compromised, just switch bank (or better yet, avoid BBVA). I waited 2+ hours to talk to the fraud department; the new bank card takes more than 7 business days to arrive; the bank card randomly gets blocked for making purchases in a large retailer (e.g. adidas), causing you to waste 20-40 minutes resolving this.
Have had an account there since 1992. First they said they couldn’t update my account to allow online banking. Then it took months to get that fixed. I had to make multiple trips in to get a more updated account. Then they closed my old account without allowing for outstanding checks (against what I was told would happen). Horrible bank. Horrible customer service.
Great place to bank. I bank here for business so I'm here multiple times a week. All the tellers know me by name and they make sure I have the same great experience every time I come in. Best place for business banking in the B/CS area.
Solid staff that has always shown themselves to be diligent and knowledgeable. I always leave with an accomplished task or an answered question.
Three times they got my address wrong, so I've been without a debit card for almost a month, the teller deposited my son's disability check into the WRONG ACCOUNT and did NOT look at the account number written on the back! WORST BANK IN COLLEGE STATION! I plan on going back to Bank of America. At least they know what they're doing.
