I would give 5 stars for the local office and zero stars for the dummies that coded the new system. It is absolutely useless.nnIt used to be great with information about how much you had in saving, checking, etc. and on deposits that were made and checks on one page along with access to your credit cards including due dates, charges, and amount due.nnNow you get a largely useless page and all sorts of need to add information to get anywhere. Were Steve Jobs in charge of these duffices, would be fired.nnNow rather than a half hour once a month you have to suffer for hours to learn what you need to know. I should say that the workers at the CS office have all this information at hand. Those banking there only are denied such information. I dearly wish I could go back to the Lane County, Oregon CU.nnI have three credit cards for various purposes and am going to have the bank that issues them to put them on one statement at the end of the month and four days prior the end. I'm also going to be the only person on my account, and going to demand a list of deposits and checks cashed from the clerks toward the end of each month.nnPlease, oh please go back to the old system that valued peoples' time. You are now at about the level of the Aggieland Credit Union and they are working to get better.
