We used this firm from the opening of our business 6 years ago. They never fully updated our QuickBooks yearly to reconcile with our tax returns, have addresses we have not been at for over 4 years, filed quarterly reports late (causing fees from IRS), did not file several quarterly reports for payroll (money was paid) causing an audit now...... We had to hire a CPA/Lawyer to fix our books and their mistakes. It's costing us THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS to go back and fix their mistakes and things not caught previously. I'm sick!
$200 just to walk in the door. Not worth it.
This is a business you can trust. As a business owner I value Jodi and her honesty. Even if it may not be what I want to hear it is what I need to hear.
This has been a terrible firm, they charge each month for services not rendered. The books for my company were over six months behind, yet the company still charged every month for services not rendered. When the lack of professionalism was brought to the attention of the partners, one of which was a founding partner, the firm discontinued services. I was a customer for over two years, and when I questioned why my books were so behind they conveniently decided the relationship wasn't working. Be careful if you trust your financial accounting needs to this group.
