The trails and grass in the back 40 are nice to walk and let your dog explore the variety of scents. Park has water in the corner, so best to bring a bowl or use one that is there already. Bags are provided to cleanup after your dog. Most people and their pets are friendly, but really the smaller dogs, puppies, toddlers/children under 7 shouldn’t be in the larger dog area. This area is meant for larger dogs to exercise and socialize. It’s not meant for you to supervise one of the two which gives responsible dog owners a choice of either leaving, leashing up, or moving to a different area. It’s amazing to me that there’s individuals that bring toddlers to a dog park. It only takes one incident which has no good outcome for both parties. Not all dogs are growing up with children nor have had good experiences with them. Children do not know at that age what is and is not acceptable. Even my nieces, 3-8 range can make my pup very confused. He plays nice but gets riled up on the actions presented. As responsible dog owners- we have to keep a careful eye and make corrections. Most find it frustrating but won’t say anything but it is real annoying to get there, enjoy the park for a few minutes and then leave because you’re an irresponsible parent to both your children and pets.nnPros:nLarge and Small Breed AreasnFree water for petsnWalking Trails with BrushnPark very well maintainednGrass replanted as needednMost all dog owners friendly and their petsnMost owners provide help for puppy/dog questions and trainingnnCons:nSmall dog area is often not used. Possibly if it was larger, then owners more would use it with puppies and smaller dogs.nChildren/Toddlers under age 7 often there in large dog area and allowed to roam.nNo dog limits per owner. One owner has five which he does laps around the park- 2 being aggressive. Park Needs to have more enforcement park policies.nMore than not, dog owners use the trail and do not clean up after their pets. Rules apply to all areas. If it’s on the paths- do your part.

Lots of space to play fetch and trails to walk that are all surrounded by fencing. The people are very friendly and plenty of good dogs, just keep an eye on your furry friends because there is occasionally a few dogs that are not completely socialize. I go very often and recommend everyone to bring out their pets.

Great place to bring your dog(s)!! Safe entry and exit, several natural walking paths, large open areas for fetching, benches, picnic tables, poo bags, poo disposal, and a watering station. Highly recommend a visit!

Lots of space for dogs to run. Separate area for small dogs. Portapotty in lot. Note that the water gets turned off during cold months so bring water!

So much room for pup to run around, explore, and socialize. With it being completely fenced in, I don't have to worry about pup getting away and hurting herself. Great place!
