So I love the food... And the ones that were working were great... But service is really slow.... Took 25 min and I was the only one there to get a 20 piece family meal... I tried calling in an order but Googled their phone number and the number said disconnected...
Good service! Food very very poor quality! Spicy Rice with no spice and loaded with oil!!Chicken had no seasoning! Not even the salt water that it should have been marinated! It’s truly a sad sad day! I’ll never eat Churches Chicken again! What a nightmare totally!Wasted money!!!
I ordered 2 texas tenders and shrimp combos. I drive from Houston to my job site in Freeport. I was late to work waiting on my order because it took so long. When I get to my job site and open my box neither one of them had shrimp. I called 3 times with no answer. So I call customer service, talked to someone and was told I would receive a phone call from management. never got a call so I call customer service the next day and was told I have a case pending. Here it's 2 days later no phone call. I've never had service like this.
Service here was really slow i sat at the order stand for 15 mins before i was even able to order any food from the drive thru
This place deserves to be shut down!!! Stay down and closed until y'all can get a decent well speaking crew. Also. Very poor customer service and poor quality of food! My family and I are very disappointed and dissatisfied with our visit time and time again. We will NOT BE RETURNING!!!
