A little over a year ago I purchased a 20 punch ball card. When purchased I wasn’t told it would expire. Today 11/07/20 @1000 I went in for the first time in several months to hit a bucket. Life is busy and you don’t expect a $200 to just expire. When I went in a presented my card I was told it was no longer any good, note I only had one punch on the card. When asked if there was anything he the gentleman behind the counter said nope and handed me back my card like I wanted a card that was useless. He didn’t offer any consideration.nNote before I purchased the card I really enjoyed using the driving range but this experience has turned me off. I would rather drive 50mile away then give them any more of my money. Not very good customer service.
Inquired about golf lessons through email and got a reply back through email on June 1st which I replied back followin day. I have not heard from anyone after that so I guess business must be good. Very unprofessional from a business that offers services yet are not able to provide them nor have the courtesy to at the very least reply back. I will definitely not recommend this place for those serious in tryin to improve their game.
I went here over a year ago but wanted to write this review. The gentleman at the front was very very friendly. Rental clubs were cheap and the mats were in great condition. Had a great time!
I took 2 classes so far with a couple of friends, on the putting green and loved it! Davis is my instructor and he is great! He explains you the game as well as the etiquette which is an important part of the game. The five stars are for Davis! Looking forward to many more sessions!
The staff here is by far the friendliest driving range staff I’ve ever met. Environment is relaxed yet professional and I really like how nobody tried to sell me lessons or club fittings like previous places I’ve been.
