Great environment and very welcoming atmosphere. Academics program is strong as well but it still leaves a balance to do other things as well

St Lukes Episcopal School is the best school in the City of San Antonio, offering a private and faith based education. I have seen my two children grow beyond my expectations, both in knowledge, and character. We have been at the school now for 5 years, and I have no doubt that it is a wonderful place to learn and grow for our children. St Lukes is a school but it feels like a family, always caring and seeking to take care of one another. Every staff member, administrator, and teacher knows my child by name, and knows who we are, that is one of the best feelings in the world. Teachers at St Lukes are there because of the same principles we have in sending our children there, to make them confident leaders through faith based education. After 5 years of being at St Lukes, I know we made the right choice, and we foresee ourselves being there for many years to come, including for our third son. St Lukes is a community dedicated to faith and education in this new age of learning, and works continuously to face the challenges of changing times in education, technology, and society. This co-ed school focuses on preparing our kids for the future, and in giving them the faith base needed to make informed decisions down the road. I have witnessed the changes in my children and those of my friends children. The greatest thing about SLES is that I consider everyone in the school community an extended part of my family, that being, part of this faith based family community seeking the best balanced education possible for our children. It is true, St Lukes is making confident scholars, leaders, and citizens. That is why we love and support St Lukes Episcopal School.

I have worked at a couple of different schools both private and public and have to say this is the most loving, nurturing, caring school I have ever had the privilege of being affiliated with. They truly love the students.

St. Luke's really focuses on teaching the whole child to be a better scholar, leader and citizen in a loving, Christian environment. We love that every teacher and staff member knows our child's name and focuses the curriculum on how our child learns best. Our children are happy to go to school each and everyday. We feel very blessed to be at St. Luke's.

This school feels like family. My children are well-loved, and challenged every day to become the best scholars, citizens, and leaders that they can be. They come home happy, excited, and full of information every day, and their teachers are amazing. Happy to be a part of this community.
