It's beautiful. I went at 12pm on Sunday but it was still FULL of people and families. I spent about 30mins finding a parking spot. The water is super clear so you can easily see the fish. The park is fog friendly but there are no poop bags ( make sure to bring your own). The store has delicious snacks but you can only bring your dog inside the store if it is a serious dog. The staff their are amazing and sweet. Even though their were a lot of people, I didn't have to wait long to order and have my food.

Beautiful and peaceful place. Gives fresh feeling. Very green, happy vibes.nI would have liked if they would have named some famous Japanese tea plants, just to get to know them.nI like that it's free of cost. Crowd is okay, not highly crowded.

I loved this place. Very tranquil and serene. Mask were required. And for going through a pandemic, grounds and landscape was kept up and impressive as always. Coy, and gold fish were swimming and welcoming the spring in the air. It was nice to see a San Antonio treasure still polished and shining. Bravo !

This place is stunning! I would not have expected anything like this in San Antonio. Photos just do not do it justice. It's one of my favorite stops on our honeymoon so far! If you're visiting from out of town this is a MUST DO. You really feel like you're somewhere else not in the states at times.nThe water is tranquil and there are many great spots for pictures. There is a trail that extends off of the park too. Best of all, parking and entrance was FREE!nBe aware, there is no real enforcement of masks except for the small restaurant and tea place on site. A decent number of visitors are not really showing any concern for masks or social distancing. I would make it a point to come at an off peak time as it is much more enjoyable at a quiet time anyhow. This is at no fault of the owners since it is an outdoor public park.nnI will review that restaurant separately.

It is just a pure and simple nature park and pond a great place to go and relax in the beauty of nature! The stairs are a little bit hard to navigate if you go around the edge of the pond but each little place is a great location for pictures and memories. It's free to enter and walk around. I'd say it is worthy of a good hour of waking and exploring, and there were no problems with bugs. There is a little cafe at the top that you can go to that serves boba tea and snacks that were delicious.
