Olmos Basin Park Trailhead

Plenty of parking at this short, but beautiful trail.

Beautiful and scenic trails. Plenty of shade trees along most of the paved trails. A creek with water runs along the path and in one spot a bridge cross the creek. This park does have some minor problems. The park is close to a highway and for most of the walkways the noise from the cars can be annoying. Another issue is along the creek you can see an inordinate amount of trash. Overall the beautiful nature along the path makes for a relaxing walk or run. Several picnicking tables and benches are available for resting along trail and the open spaces in the park.

Beautiful park, well maintained, great for skating and dog walking!!

It was clean. The people that were around were very friendly. First time there and it was great!
