So I had a flat tire on 41. I called the sheriff's office in Oshkosh at 9:30am and told them I was going to buy a hydraulic jack and I would be back to my car in less than an hour to put a spare on. When I got back to my car at 10:20am it had been towed. However, I understand that was not Nolte's fault and they were wonderful to me from the moment they had my vehicle until the moment I picked it up. They have outstanding customer service and he didn't try to fix anything else. He replaced both front tires and the price was very reasonable. I'm still not happy I had too pay for the tow but like I said, totally not their issue which is why I have them 5 stars. Mike seemed too care and helped me make an informed decision.
Nolte's is always professional and courteous. They take good care of your vehicle if you ever need a tow or repairs in general
These guys find a way to take care of you in a pinch and use common sense versus read from a manual/google. They have repeatedly proven themselves and I'd recommend them to anyone.
They were very professional and kind. I have a Jeep that had a flat tire and was towed. The Jeep is in bad shape but they didn't judge. They fixed it and sent me on my way with not a bad price tag.
