Had jimmy johns for dinner, now can't sleep because I am in such pain and have to get up and use the restroom every 5 minutes. Omg I'm sooooo sick rn....
2445 Nacogdoches RD San AntonionThis will be my last time ordering at this place all together I ordered at 2:24and it 3:15 and, I still haven't got my order when I call all they can say is its on its way I don't like the customer service when I call this is not how you treat customers. I will be contacting the main office about this issue had gave a tip online and planned on giving more once arrived but that wont happen very disappointed they act as if they don't care about their customers
If I can put zero stars I would. Horrible customer service, ordered my food at 12:05pm.. it is now 1:40pm and still no delivery! Called the store, only to be put on hold and disconnected.. tried calling multiple times after that and surprise surprise.. no one is answering.
Great great sandwiches a bit on the pricey side though
Made an order for delivery at 1:06pm. I could of had pizza delivered in less time. Order just got delivered at 2:59pm. Freaky fast... I don't think so.
