Poor Customer Service, takes too long for Hot N Ready!
lied about how long it would take and didnt even bring it to car i had to go inside and ask to get it and bad service never again idk what happened but there are not as good as they once was
Tuesday evening went in for a hot and ready from 4-8 pm none. Said it’s a new item and not prepared for it. I said thatn1 negative review. Then asked for large cheese pizza none 13 minute wait.nnWow no bueno went to Domino’s
I went through the drive thru Saturday February 6. The guy working the drive thru. Told me it would be 15 to 20 minutes untill my pizza would be ready. A hour later still not ready. So I go in and talk to the manager on duty. She gets the guy that took my order. He never put my order in. He laughed about it and walked off. I ask for a refund she told me it would be 3 to 5 business days since I use my debit card. I will never go back to that location.
Terrible service and bad food. I was charged for the wrong the order. When I went to correct it they were rude and unprofessional. I was charged for both the wrong order and the right. They told me they voided the wrong order and would refund me. This did not happen and only a void was completed. They would not even give me a copy of the receipt for my records. Now I'm dealing with the dispute with my bank. I would not go back here. Terrible customer service and it does not seem like anyone knows what they are doing there.
