Domino's Pizza

Can never get pizza in a timely manner even if I order ahead 7 hours I still cannot get on time. The location either operates far too inefficient or needs to have larger capacity to make more faster. This single location has ruined my view on Domino's Pizza and not for lack of giving them chances. I have attempted to order over 40 times and only successfully got order 5 times. It's inexcusable. The day I wrote this review I called specifically knowing the troubles the location has at noon to pick up at 5:30pm because I was on tight schedule for the day. But was told they will not take orders over phone only through app or online. I made the order at 12:13 for 17:30 pickup showed up at 17:40 to pickup and it just made into the prep phase with 70 minutes to go with no exceptions so told them to cancel. With that I have given up on Domino's and will not place another order. The only way I may reconsider is if I had no choice in the matter. They are lucky that it's the only location AIT soldiers can go for pizza ergo monopoly on people who have no choice in pizza.

Fort Sam Houston in the Express is pure excellence. Let me tell you about this service - fast like lighting, kind like I’m being treated with grandma’s secret recipe. And the cinnamon twists are to bleed for. Chefs kiss 10/10 I rest my case. Written in the books. I want all of the military to dine here at dominos in the express.

I ordered a couple nights ago and the food took 3 hours to get here after the website said it would only take 2 hours. I'm trying it again tonight... its been 4 hours and they haven't even started making it yet! If ur going to eat here only go into the store... with going in be prepared for the rudest food workers ever, the food isn't bad but the wait and service is some of the worst I've ever seen. I'm done giving these clowns chances

Their manager is super rude. I pre ordered my food to be picked up at 5pm, but i had to wait till 7pm for it. the manager was very disrespectful (we didn’t even complain). maybe she should switch jobs bc she has 0 skills in costumer service. Oh and my pizza had like 2 pieces of chicken on it.
