The WORST JJ ever! About a month ago I ordered 1 sandwich, it took 90 minute to arrive. I gave them another chance today. Same deal. Not only are they very slow, they put customers on hold and never get back them them OR take the phone off the hook so you can’t even check on your order status. NEVER AGAIN!

It amazes me when people mess up on a veggie sandwich, like how hard it is to get all the veggies and put it in a sandwich! The cashier was nice but the girl making the sandwiches was taking her sweet time. We were the only ones in the store and she still messed up on our order. I had to go back as ask her for the ingredients she forgot, but rather than apologize she had an attitude. Got home to see they messed up on my bf order too. I should have looked at the other reviews before wasting my money and time here!

Over an hour and 15 minutes, a few blocks away. Ordered it at 11:18 to beat the lunch rush. The unwich was lukewarm and soggy. There was no ice in the coke because it had melted. I wish I could say this was the first time because it wasn’t, I can say it’s the last time.

I come here a couple days a week for lunch and the owner is always great!
