Timely reply to my google alert; on time for the service, quick work to unlock my car, and then offered to jump start it as well. Fairly priced, no damage to the door frame, and gave good advice about the battery life not being dependent on the recent failure from these hard freezing conditions. No oversell whatsoever. Took credit card payment and offered receipt for insurance purposes.
Josh was courteous and professional. He was really quick on getting my door unlocked.
I was downtown, luckily under the 281 bridge at Josephine St. I called Josh and he gave me the fee ahead of time and told me he would be there in 25 minutes (in pouring down rain). He actually was 1 minute early and was able to get my suv unlocked in probably under 2 minutes. AMAZING! I would absolutely use him again!
Right when I got to work I somehow managed to locked my keys in the car. He came quick and unlocked my door in under 60 seconds! Very professional in the little time he was there I would highly recommend giving this man a call !
