I went for tryouts but absolutely loved the place especially getting one on coaching from all the coaches. especially I love the noon class which allows me to workout during lunch time ( My Time).nCrossfit is new for me, I get smoked every session which I needed. Feel the burn!nnHighly recommend this place for everyone !
The coaches are awesome! They will work with you regardless of your physical level or experience. Great Job coaches! Keep up the good work!
