The entire Cycle Hub team is amazing. Tough classes, great music, and friendly atmosphere! Highly recommend!

Having gone to classes at both Cyclebar and Joyride prior to Cycle Hub, I believe I set my personal expectations for this place a bit too high.. The location is old and felt as such. Not a big deal necessarily, but when competing studios are new and shiny with modern touches, it seems worth noting that I felt this studio was aesthetically my least favorite. However, I did dig the choice of carbon blue bikes, so that was a nice touch.nnUnfortunately, the bike I used had a wonky pedal (SPD side) and caused my foot to release 3 times during the class. I cycle regularly and attend 2-3 spin classes a week, this has never happened to me prior.. Upon the 3rd time of this occurring I left the class. I informed the lady at the reception desk of the issue and was assured their bike guy would take care of it and was informed I could always grab another bike. While I appreciate the gesture, setting up a bike mid class is something I really do not want to do..nnNevertheless, as a sign of good faith, Cycle Hub did provide me with an additional free class, as this issue happened on my initial visit. I admit, while I do very much appreciate their efforts to ensure customer satisfaction, I doubt that I will use the additional class. This is simply due to the fact that I don't feel Cycle Hub can provide me what other studios can and already do.nnStill, given the quality bikes and the fact that Cycle Hub clearly displayed to me that they value their clientele, even someone new who has spent $0, I feel they should get at least 3 stars. Maybe you will read this, give them a shot, and your experience will be better than mine!
