I'm usually not one to leave negative reviews on businesses, but this one really had to be known. I have asked for a refund on my membership before they opened doors because I had to relocate to a city they don't own a Cyclebar in. I've been reaching out to them multiple times about the refund, in which, initially they were SPARSELY communicative. They were telling me that my refund wasn't going through back into my bank account and that this was happening to multiple of their customers - that sounds weird? I gave them the benefit of the doubt with the pandemic affecting their opening. However, it's been five months now and I still have not received my refund and I am being left in the dark about when I will be receiving it. The last time they've replied back to me was June and every time we communicate, it's been me asking rather than them being proactive and letting their customers know how and when to expect their refunds.

State of the art cycling studio. The staff is helpful and friendly. The level of service here is amazing. They take care of everything ( towel, personal locker, water, and after ride snacks) so you can show up and ride. Great workout for new riders and experienced riders alike.

I love this place. I chose to come hear your build strength and stamina for my mountain biking and it has paid off!!! The energy and positive vibes you get from the time you arrive to the time you leave is just outstanding. Their different schedules work perfect with my work schedule so I can get in a ride after work. I’ve been taking classes with Lexie and she is an awesome/amazing instructor/cyclestar . Keeps you pumped and motivated the whole ride. The CBX’s/staff do far beyond work helping keep everything clean and sanitized. LOVE THIS PLACE!!
