There’s not a better CrossFit gym in San Antonio! CrossFit Optimistic has clean facilities and quality equipment. There are several coaches on staff, so there are plenty of class times that work with any schedule. The coaching is consistent and most-important, safety is the number one priority. Don't worry if you've never CrossFitted before because the environment is supportive and not intimidating. My favorite part is the people are some of the nicest and friendliest people I’ve met. I can count many fellow gym members as close personal friends after meeting them at workouts. If you are looking for a welcoming community where you can set a workout routine and challenge yourself, CrossFit Optimistic is the place for you. You won’t be disappointed!
Optimistic is a great box with a family vibe! You will see a variety of fitness levels and ages. The membership is friendly and the coaches will encourage you.
This gym is great! I am a little biased because I know the owners. The people who workout here are friendly and inviting, and I always leave with a smile on my face. Working out at CrossFit Optimistic Alamo Heights is the best part of my day.
