Appointment for alignment. After an hour he came out and said there was a problem because I had so many miles. It would have to be stretched to get it back in mfg guidelines which would take 3 additional hours. That meant instead of $89.99 it would cost approximately $400.00 because of the additional time it would take. He said I didn't have to do it but if I didn't it would wear my tires out sooner. I decided to do it because I figured I could pay now or later with new tires more often. It turned out it took him a little over 2 hours instead of 4. It ended up costing $239.00. I can live with that. He did show me a report that explained about the mfg parameters for alignment.

I really appreciate the one on one personal service I received from David Gloff. He walked me through the features of the vehicle and was extremely responsive to my need to quickly find a replacement vehicle. I have already shared my purchase experience with my brother in law and my best friend and directed them to contact David.

Douglass GMC went above and beyond delivering this Truck up to the Dallas Area! Mason the delivery guy went over all of the features of the truck...in the rain...and then drove back to Clifton Texas! Nothing but professionalism and complete transparency! Such a great dealer!!!!

Place was dirty, they do Not value their customers, the dealer seemed racist or prejudice (think his name was David). Their trucks were dirty, and some even had flat tires. Would strongly recommend you find a better Dealership, a Real Dealership.
