Awesome job on this. Now I don’t have to drive to the outlets to get some gear. A big thank you to Miguel for the customer service! He went above and beyond and got me my size shoe from the back and educated my husband and I on the app. Hoda checked us out and she also gave great service. Even though my husband and I went 20 min before closing we never felt like they were rushing us out. Very glad this is open and satisfied with the service ! Thank you for being there for us !
Came down this past weekend to visit my mom and decided to try out this new Nike store. Was greeted right away and they had some good deals fairly small store but overall was a good experience. They do offer military discount which is always nice. The people at check out are really nice and helpful and they spray and clean after they are done checking out each person.
Still new, but staff is friendly and helpful. I asked about discounts they had for some shoes and they didn't make me feel like a cheapskate. They let me know what was discounted and what wasnt. They even showed me a section that was cheaper than what I was looking at. I felt comfortable and got what I was looking for.
Let me tell you from the time walking into the door till leaving out the door the service was on point. Anisa greeted me at the door and asked me what my concerns was and handled it quickly. Than Antinicia took over and finished the exchange transaction very professional. Than while my daughter in the store turning up because she found the shoes she wanted we checked out and Alexis did a great job as well. I will definitely come back over there. Great job Ladies for your service.
So happy that San Antonio has a Nike store.nThe only thing they need next are the new upcoming drops. One of the workers said they need to make enough revenue to receive them. Hopefully this will happen soon ud83dude4fud83cudffc
