They need a better system, we're you won't have to wait in line like the others, and the staff are talking instead of helping clients.
Great customer service. But their in store stocks do not match to what is shown on the website. Make sure you call before you head out or do a curbside order

Very disappointed with the company not the store in particular I made an online purchase some how much card was charged twice for two separate amounts called as soon as I received two email confirmations to cancel the second order seeing as I went from spending $50 to being charged $120 this morning I wake up with a notification my order has been shipped I called back the representative stated that when I called to cancel the order it was just a request but they work too fast so it’s being shipped already I stated I called within 30mins of that order being placed so then I request if I can get a refund on the other one even though that’s the order I truly wanted he says it’s been shipped I ask why haven’t I received a confirmation he states well it’s about to shipnSo now I have to wait for these packages to arrive he also suggest I take them into the store for return even though we are in the middle of a pandemic and I have a newborn ud83dude12I’m not risking anything so my turn around time to have my money back in my account is going to be min 14 days to receive the pants then return them and additional 3-5 business days to get my refund this is horrible business figure out a better cancellation policy you didn’t waste time taking the money a refund should be just as smooth and fast
If you like being in over crowed places with strangers basically holding hands with them. and singing kumbaya with them. then this is the spot ud83dudc4d
