I had a really bad experience at the Galleria location in Houston, Sasha the manager over there needs to be demoted to Walmart!nOn a better note.....Anthony at the Quarry location in San Antonio helped fix Sasha’s mistake. I was extremely frustrated with what had happened and with no hesitation he worked things out for me, which he did not have to do, Its obvious he truly cares about his customers and making things right. Thank u so much Anthony for just being a good person! I hope u and your staff enjoyed the Starbucks coffee :)

I just had the worst experience at this store. The manager at the time Justin, refused to help me with an exchange because I had worn a product. Even after explaining to him that I bought 3 pairs and only tried one on at the store.nnI was told by an employee at my last visit that if I had any issues to come back and they would happily take care of it; This was not the case with this rude young man. To top it off, he didn't even try to help me find a replacement for my unwearable product.nnThis was by far the worst customer experience I have ever received at any Lululemon.

I don’t think I’ll be coming back to the Lululemon at the Alamo quarry. Every time I’ve gone I’ve gotten someone who assumes something I’m doing wrong, or show sass as if I don’t know what I’m doing. I’ve worked with Customers and workers where I work now, and I know you aren’t supposed to make them feel that way. I just felt a lot of disrespect given towards me when I showed up. Some where great, but I’ve been to nicer Lululemons.

I had went to Lululemon because I had a problem with my yoga pants and I believe the person who help me was the manager. I explained what I was looking for and she gave me three different styles for my needs. She was not rushing me and super helpful. I will Definitely come back here again because of the customer service.

Recently went in to Lulu at the Quarry to buy a pair of leggings and the sales associate (Devan) helping me continuously removed her mask. I felt very uncomfortable and asked her to leave it on but she laughed and continued to pull it down to talk to me. I left without purchasing my leggings because of her. I also reported her and the store to the city. Hope management takes care of this reckless worker. She’s putting people in danger by being so careless.
