Only restricted a certain amount of customers in the store so they were following covid-19 guidelines. Very friendly and came to me to see if I needed anything. Very good customer experience in this store.

Everyone is so friendly here!! I will definitely keep coming back to this location. They were out of stock of what I wanted, but they gave me great advice on a different product!

My first experience with Sephora, store staff deserves a 5 start super friendly and most help. Not the same for Jane the store Manager. Very abrasive and rude and disrespectful. Not very well spoken with customers. Sephora please take a look at your reviews. Seems that most of your low reviews have to do with store management Janie. I will say this I will be sure to let my friends and family know to choose another place to shop. Customers are the backbone to success. And #1 . Janie is hidden behind her hard working friendly staff that understands customer service. Not having to speak down or over people is not the way to speak or explain StoreManager Janie( Rude) GO TO Another location. No need for Janie to try to ruin your shopping experience.

So I’ve already did their survey saying how amazing this Sephora is, but I also want to write on here for everyone to see how WONDERFUL the staff is here!!! Everybody here is so nice. SO NICE. This is the only Sephora I’ll go to because I have yet to meet someone rude at this store! I came to this Sephora on the day Selena Gomez released her “rare beauty” makeup line and I struggled so bad trying to find my perfect shade. I exchanged shades 3 different times but everybody was so nice and helpful towards me and they were all so determined to help me since you can’t do the normal swatching. Everyone went above and beyond for me and I truly appreciate it because now I finally have my perfect foundation shade!!!!:) I’m so so so sad I didn’t get everyone’s name(not their fault I have bad memory), the only name I got was Ruth and she was just amazing, she helped me out with a problem that I’ve been dealing with for a while :) everyone here genuinely seems like they love being here and it shows with their amazing customer service!!!
