We had a private lesson and it was wonderful. Molly listened to what type of class we were interested in and tailored it to our abilities. She offered lots of modifications and options for the poses- it was a truly customizable class. It felt so good to be able to truly take care of our selves and gain some peace. The studio was clean and all protocols were followed. I recommended this option to anyone!
I tried yoga for the first time by giving Honest Soul a try. I was instantly hooked and keep coming back for more. I love the instructors, the community, and the space. It is a great studio for beginners and experienced yogis alike. Not to mention the great class rates and app interface that they offer! Love HSY!
I recently purchased the 10 days for $10 and it’s been pretty good. A great location and place to get your flow on and just relax. Check it out and see for yourself !
The wheel workshop with Adrienne was lots of fun! I feel ready to join the circus now ud83cudfaa (ok maybe not, but my back feels much happier!)
I've tried most of the classes here and I've loved them all. I love how meditation is incorporated into the practice. I can't get a moment of stillness with three kids at home, so I come here to take care of my body from the inside out.
