Lots of scam tactics. The salesman was nice enough, boisterous and genial, but this lot was somehow being run by the auto lot two doors down which was a weird flag. Now there are two salesmen asking for extra cash to hold the car while they fixed it for me because of such high public interest. Not a down payment, I had the full amount. When they did fix the car which took an extra week, they charged me to fix what was part of an active recall and kept the cash from earlier. Then salesman A told me the car had run flat tires, it did not. All four were retreads and the spare was taken from the trunk. At last, a week after i am home with the car, salesman a called and asked for the signed paperwork back because they made a mistake. I have yet to receive the paperwork back and doubt I will. The car is falling apart from all the duct tape fixes. I'm handy and poor, so I'ma make it work but not a good experience at all.nnTl;Dr: This place is every bit a side lot. Cheap is not always the best deal or a good deal. Buyer beware.
Got a great vehicle at a great price. Professional and friendly. Definitely will be checking their inventory when I am in the market for a new car again.
This was by far one of the best auto purchasing experiences I have ever experienced. Arash is kind, and goes out of his way to make sure your auto buying ecperience is informative and seamless. I bought my 1st BMW from here even though I have purchased 11 straight Hondas elsewhere...they are that good. You will get the star treatment no matter who you are. Will definitely buy from here again and refer River City Auto sales to everyone I know.
