Kelley Autoplex

I purchased a Charger from Kelley in January. I was told, after 3 interviews, everything was fine. 5 weeks later the oil pump failed. I took the car into Kelley for service. They said the financing failed and they were keeping the car. The financing only failed after the car was being taken in for service. I asked to speak with the salesman who sold me the car. Conveniently, he no longer works there. The manager said, “We only sell cars” and referred me to financing department. Financing said that financing failed due to my responses during the interviews. I was told all was good. Financing said based on my income alone, I qualify. It took 6 weeks for Kelley to contact me that there was a problem. I asked for a copy of the contract. Since the financing failed, they destroyed the contract. Fortunately I had made a copy. Financing told me several excuses that don’t make sense including the driver being under age. I found the financing department to be incompetent and failed to give me realistic expectations of purchasing this car. Kelley refused to refund the $3500 down payment stating that it could be used toward the car if alternate financing is acquired. A week later, the car is up for sale again and oil pump is working. There are no provisions in the contract allowing Kelley to keep the down payment based on the interview or financing. They don’t “just sell cars”, they confiscate them and resell them. This is a scam and Kelley refuses to refund the deposit though they have no legal right to. I would not recommend them since I have neither car nor the down payment.

This place worked with me and my budget I got a 2018 Mitsubishi Mirage and after 3 days of having it I definitely am happy with my purchase I would recommend this place to anyone. Go see Randy & Regi they will definitely help get you in a car.
