Very nice and friendly salesman, but sold my son a car that was unfit to drive. It had three dry-rot tires and wheels that we're out of alignment, which resulted in a blow out on the fourth day he drove it. Thankfully the blowout did not involve him in an accident, though did result in damage to the car. Yes, he signed the statement that he was buying the car as is, but the car was supposed to have been inspected and safe to drive. My son appreciated the friendly service and received that as a sign of confidence that he was being given a good deal. The following week the water pump went. He was supposed to receive plates and title in the mail but upon calling three weeks later they still had not sent them out.

Claims of “All Approved” are false. Response time is less than stellar. And when they can’t help you, you’re meet with rudeness and slammed phone hang-ups. Lesson learned, on to the next.
