Every time I go, they never ask me what size of drink I want. When ordering I usually give them my order right away because I know how busy they are but I’m sure people forget to give them a size. I know I do; so they just think I want a tall drink, when I really want a venti. This is the third time I’ve dealt with no asking questions. Shouldn’t they ask more questions on sizes, upgrades, add ins and so forth? I’m sure they want to make more money for the store and for employees. They close early, so obviously they’re not getting a lot of business. Good management and team leads will do more for the store. I’ll continue to go because it’s near my work but us customers are paying a lot of money, at least give better service.
The lattes are to die for!!!
Sells caffeinated beverages yet keeps bathrooms closed. I understand not having indoor seating open but you could have bathrooms open for your customers. Every other Starbucks has.
Love to order via app and ready when I get there. Everyone is always friendly considering it's always busy.
Even with other customers I still received good customer service and my coffee was made correctly
