Unfortunately this location has the worst service. I dislike giving bad reviews, but I have been back each zoo trip and it hasn't improved. This location could be a money maker, it's in a perfect spot to capture people visiting the San Antonio Zoo, the Gardens and Brackenridge Park in general. The team here is not friendly, not efficient and so under trained, drink orders are so often wrong. It just needs some guidance, and based on most Starbucks, someone from corporate can make it happen.
20% up charge on Starbucks drinks here. Normally get a grande hand crafted drink at our Starbucks near our house (15-20mina from this location). This Starbucks up charges an extra dollar which comes out to about 20%.nnStarbucks is expensive enough already. Get your drink at another location before coming down to this area of town for a family afternoon.
