I love this Starbucks location, everyone is super friendly and I love how all the proceeds go right back to all the animals. The line was a little backed up when I went last time because they were short handed and the manager Kendel displayed outstanding customer service and was proactive trying to make the line go as speedy as possible but still providing great service and asked me how my drink was after my first taste. Definitely will be back.

Maybe because it was spring break or it could've been because they were all new, but good gracious what a wreck. Everyone looked confused. They forgot our order completely. Then to top it off the coffee tasted terrible. Never again.

1 star is as low as as I can rate. I paid for a white mocha frappe with 3 shots of expresso and no whip cream. All the chairs were taken so I stood and watched them work. I immediately noticed she only put one shot. And she put whip. I brought this to her attention. She took off the lid and scrapped the whip cream off and return the same lid on. I told her I wouldn't accept it because she didn't put the extra shots. She then tried to tell me it's light because I got white chocolate. I told her to make it again like I ordered it. She placed it on the counter and made another. The color difference was day and night. To catch a worker shorting me what I paid for then being lied to is unacceptable. I will never turn to this location simply because I have Zero respect for liars and I will not be made a fool.

So after I get my drinks, I noticed I was kissing a drink. I asked the lady about it & stated I only had ordered 1 drink & 1 frappe.The whole staff seemed upset and frustrated. They seem to take it out on me & my husband when asking for another straw. The lady opened the door with such attitude & tossed the straw at him.
