Employees do not follow proper hygiene. I've seen the same employee wearing her mask improperly (mask was not covering nose or all of the mouth, only the chin) on 2 different occasions and today I witnessed her picking her nose in the middle of a transaction with a customer that thankfully wasn't me. I obviously left immediately after and I don't plan on returning until employees are properly trained to avoid shoving their fingers in their noses and to follow the mask protocol that is currently in place for health and safety standards. She touches stuff that people are planning on putting in their mouths. Would you want her touching your food or drinks?
