Storage Star Huebner

I WAS a customer of this Business for many years. The current site Manager Patrick does a Fantastic Job. My Complaint is that since the last few years the Amount of my Rental Unit skyrocketed. I found a slightly larger unit with AAA Storage that is going to save me $89 per month. Sound Ridiculous but unfortunately it’s True. No Effort was made to Keep me as their Customer. The Property is Clean and Safe but my Goodness, Who is setting the Pricing. It seems to me that Ownership is definitely not Local.

I have been using Huebner Mini Storage for years and have always had positive and friendly experiences with the person at the counter. Although there have been management and owner changes over the years, I haven't had any issues with the transitions. I especially love the proximity to my neighborhood. The lot is accessible and kept in good repair. Thanks!

The managers Sandra and John, are awesome! They were not only friendly but very informative and made the whole process of getting a unit so easy. Initially I was dreading the whole process but they made it fun and enjoyable. The facility is super nice and the location is wonderful as well!

Really nice staff.

Easy access from both directions on Huebner. Staff friendly and helpful. Enough room to maneuver 8x12 trailer easily and without bottoming out over humps. Clean units. Been there over 2 yrs no flood, bug or access issues. A+
