We have 3 storage units in Virginia. We have moved to San Antonio, TX. My accounts have all sorts of due dates, often the system doesn't work since my husband and I have different last names. Kathye, the property manager at this facility was incredibly helpful. She found all our info and sorted out our issues. We don't even have a unit at this facility. I was so grateful she didn't mind fixing our accounts. Friendly and Helpful! Thank you Kathye!

This place is well kept, clean, and easy to find. Worker was very friendly. I really like that you can do the paperwork online and the key and lock are waiting for you in the unit.
You should be careful with this company as they are not transparent with their information. I told on the 1st of the month that I have a vehicle in storage and was not be able to move it out till the 3rd and asked if I can pro rate the three days. The manager said no problem. When I went to pay they wanted payment for the entire month. Had I known this I would have made arrangements for the first. After many calls to corporate they do not care. Never missed a payment for over a year and then they try and nickel and dime you at the end. what ever the human may say they go back to contract.
