Chase bank on. Broadway managed in a professional manner. Bank Clerks are impeccable beyond measure. Customers complain about wait time. Wait time is. A non-issue when competent clerks do business making sure bank patrons receive utmost care in banking needs. Viva. Chase. Bank on. Broadway!!
So they have already kept me waiting 15 min. 1 person wasn't helping anyone but was on the phone when I walked into the Broadway location. They got off the phone still no acknowledgment. Then another associate finished with his client and walked and asked if someone else could help and they said they had to finish a few things. Why would you not help a customer while they are waiting. You do not always have people in person. I'm still waiting. If this wasn't important I would leave.
My service was above common standards and the gentleman who helped me was very friendly and even engaged me past just a professional level.
Was told no one could help me unlock my account and would have to come back. They will not find a way to help.
