I worry about making a mistake with my taxes so I prefer a professional do it. I have been going here for years and have always received very friendly & professional service with Mr Pena always demonstrating vast knowledge of what he is doing. Last year IRS stated I owed them money. I called Mr Pena and he immediately referred to my filing and saw the error, but it was made by IRS. He replied to their letter and IRS later wrote back acknowledging that I did not owe them the money. It was a great comfort to know Amigo had my back and knew what they were doing.

At first this place seemed great. Their prices are very accessible. A few months later my husband and I spoke to another tax preparer (the one I usually go to, but she was booked so I had to come here) and told us that they had been done incorrectly and that they had given us wrong information. Due to this we had a MUCH smaller return.nnMy husband and I are trying to apply for a home loan now, and as part of it we need to show our tax returns, as a result of the tax returns done incorrectly, we are having issues with the lender now.nnVery disappointed.
