Management is getting sloppy, I hope they get better team leads or shift supervisors. A rotten apple can affect the bunch. We had an experience were the drive through staff made fun of my wifes name at pick up window. I asked to speak to management about their horsing around. The team lead didn't handle it by bringing to attention. I spoke to another over the phone and they claimed the worker didn't mean to overly laugh and will be addressed. In the end, they are kids thats why the managing staff has to be strong with leadership skills. This location wasn't that

Lines were long but they are so fast! Faster than any other I've been to. Crews are smiling in 100°F and courteous. Love the food!

This place must have all new staff. I watched 5 cars go by the line next to me before I even got to give my order. Then when I reached the front I heard the employees complaining about customers.nnUpdate: The manager called me after this review and he listened to my concerns. Really respect the Chick f la values and grateful the local management cares.
