Bill Miller Bar-B-Q

Came here for some Bean and Cheese breakfast tacos the other day, with bacon. They heard me say bacon, bacon was on the receipt, but my taco had no bacon ☹ufe0f But they didn't charge me for the Bacon, it came up as $0.00 for the receipt add-on. Yet honestly, they were so good I ate them anyways. So yeah, 3 stars. Might give them another chance, but definitely gonna check my order thoroughly before leaving.

I was very disappointed in my salad, and also the brisket on my order today. I have been coming to this location for the last couple years for lunch and it is normally good. I ordered a salad, which I could tell wasn't fresh. The tomatoes were wrinkled and the cucumbers were a bit soggy. I never get meat on my salad aside from the bacon bits. Instead I order 1/4 brisket on the side because I like the warm meat and just add it on later and in the quantity I want. I feel if I pay for a quarter pound of brisket, then I should get sliced brisket, not diced up brisket. And it should be fresh. Mine looked like it was old, it was so dried up in places, some of it was inedible. Sorry BM...but you need to step it up at this location.nnI am updating this review to include that Bill Miller did make things right with this incident and they sent me a nice gift certificate.nI have since been back here, ordered the exact same thing, and all the correction were made to the food. It was delicious as I remembered it to be so I am taking down the pics now. I have always loved this location and I'm glad they are listening to their consumers!

The food is awesome. If you go for tacos on Saturday mornings they are super busy and make the tacos half the size as if you get them on a weekday or less busy time. Still tasty though

As a true South Texas native, my wife eats here regularly. I stopped to get breakfast for her and our children and was amazed that nothing was wrong. This is weird to say but considering that I have had missing food, wrong orders, mischarges, etc. all across San Antonio in various restaurants... somehow Bill Miller has never gotten a single order wrong. Not a single one. I don't eat their food but there is something to be said about the accuracy and consistency of their service. Also their Fiesta Medals are the sh*@.

Is a bit more pricey than it once was but food is still consistently tasty and filling and the sweet tea can't be beaten
