Thai Hut Restaurant

Bad taste, portions smaller than at other places for the same prices, and poor customer service. I ordered the green curry - spicy with shrimp. It was spiced with pepper flakes that gave it a horrible texture. It was also salty. The shrimp were hard as if overcooked. The vegetable rolls were so greasy that that I had to soak up some of the grease with a napkin. I ended eating only the rice and part of the roll. I left everything else in the plate. I complained to girl at the register because my original waitress never came around. The cashier said she would tell the cook for next time. She didn’t do anything about about today’s waste of my lunchtime. She asked me if I wanted a to go box even after I complain about the food. $25 poorly spent on lunch at this place.

Good food and value, but ridiculously horrible customer service/relations. Called to order lunch specials at 3:09pm. Told on phone that lunch specials ended at 3pm. Maybe I was wrong, but thought I saw on website that lunch specials end at 3:30pm. Checked to confirm. Lunch specials clearly indicated to end at 3:30pm. Called back. Person on phone said that was for other location. Told him it clearly listed the 3:30pm time for both locations. He said he would let someone know about that mistake. That was basically it. No “making it right” or “sorry about that; we’ll go ahead and honor the 3:30pm since it was our fault.” Instead, they just declined the business. Keep in mind, I was not asking for anything special; just wanted them to honor their own clearly communicated policy.

Service was very fast, ordered online and picked up. Food is pretty meh for me, very light of flavoring especially the Chinese food options. Spring rolls and the cheese rolls are 5 stars though.

Great food for lunch and dinner. Take out is fast and accurate. They make call in for pick up seamless!!

Good food and they always get your order right. They are patient and give good suggestions too if you're not sure what to order.
