We’ve been to a lot of the ‘fancy’ and popular restaurants in SA and I am going to tell you that Cafe Vida was the BEST Breakfast/Brunch and Pecan Coffee in town! Hands down the best. Yes it’s at Golds Gym. The service is awesome too. Constantly checking on us and refilling our coffee. Make it a point to visit. The menu is outstanding. I had the Rolando’s Omelet. No they didn’t pay me to say this. ud83dude01. Sincerely the best meal we’ve had our entire trip to SA.
The most freshest, delicious wholesome breakfast. So many options to choose from. I got the Protein breakfast plate and a Green Plus juice to fuel my day today. Cafe Vida will definitely be a staple in my day whenever I'm here at the gym.
We found a hidden treasure. Food was fresh: ordered the California Scramble, Rolando’s omelette, the Spicy Chicken Chipotle Quesadilla, and Angus burger. Yummy for my family of four. Pecan coffee is better than Starbucks! However the customer service is exceptional. Friendly owner and staff who talk with every customer. Will definitely come back. Who would have thought this cafe in the gym would be this great!

Grab breakfast here the other morning. The food was delicious and the service was extra friendly. We ordered the Breakfast Balance Bowl, Cafe Vida Migas and the Green Lemonade. So many more things I want to try on this menu. I'll be back!
