Frederick's Bistro

Wow wow wow! What can I say about this place other than our experience from start to finish was flawless! Food, drinks, and service were all incredible! I also really appreciate that they are still going to be keeping their staff and customers safe after the Governor lifts the mask mandate. We will definitely be back!

I was not sure what to expect since I had never heard of this restaurant before. But I was willing to give it a shot since I love restaurant month. It is French cuisine and that is one of my favorites to dine on. This restaurant was delicious there was just a few things that I was disappointed with. Starting with the good, this is probably the best escargot I have ever had and I am very familiar with French cuisine. They actually won an award for it right before Covid 19 took over. I also was really fond of the selection they had for wine and food, I feel like with the restaurant month promotion its pretty vague on what you can get. In regard to what I was not fond of. I had gotten duck and it is a difficult piece of meat to cook and it was not a success. It was very dry and bland and the sides were not to good either. Other plates on the table were well preserved in flavors, that layered very well, but it came down to the cooking of proteins. they were still not executed properly.

My first time here with friends to celebrate my birthday ud83cudf82 delicious food and service. I had a great time. We were there for two hours. Highly recommend.

Absolutely love eating here. The food is fantastic and so are the drinks. This is a great locally owned place with friendly staff and a great atmosphere. We got a chartruterie board for our Christmas party and everyone loved it.

Waited over 25 minutes after being sat down immediately because they restaurant wasn’t busy before we decided to leave because no one came to take out drink/ food order. There’s no excuse for this sort of service especially when the owner is the one who sat us and passed our table multiple times socializing with other tables shows me he doesn’t care and has enough business
