I ordered from my Sonic app. When I arrived, Sonic was not open. While waiting in a lane, several members arrived to unlock the place well after their open hours. Later I and other customers were informed that they were closed. I did not get my order and I was charged. Very poor!! I do not recommend this Sonic!!!
Absolute amazing staff truly kind and just wanting to help make the customer experience as amazing as possible. The GM ( Trevor W. ) truly went out of his way to assist me as a Dasher. High praise to this guy. Faith in humanity and hard work restored
Ordered a large Coke with lots of ice. It was good except for the Coke on the outside of the cup and no napkins! Left a $1 tip before I realized that I had soda on my hands and soon to be on my steering wheel. Not happy. No napkins!!! Wipe off the cup or supply napkins!!!!!
Trevor Wilson was our server. He was very polite and super friendly! Very hard working and personable, best fast food experience I’ve ever had! This man deserves a raise!
Food is good, but this is the 2nd time I come in a month, and they’re so slow. Last time we waited 20 min for a corn dog and a small chocolate shake. Now ordered the same, but they take so long to even take your order, I put my order in with the app, downloaded the app, set up an account for the 1st time, and still finished before they were ready to take my order. ud83eudd26ud83cudffb♀ufe0f Then, when they asked to take my order, I told them I did it online because they took so long. They didn’t answer, or say I’m sorry. Just silence, no response. Now, I’m sitting here writing this review while waiting for the order. Seems that they short handed. I hope they improve service soon and will try again soon.
