I never feel good giving low reviews, but every time I’ve ordered ahead here I still end up waiting 20-30+ minuted. I once received the completely wrong sandwich from what I ordered, but didn’t notice until I was back at work and too hungry to care. People seem very nice, but service just needs to step up.

My favorite McAlister’s. I enjoy going here when too busy to make my own food. The app makes ordering ahead a breeze. Even when very busy the wait is usually tolerable.
