I went with my dog on a Wednesday afternoon for the first time. It was a couple days after they just opened the new Sky Walk. It was incredible, although the walk across the entire bridge was shorter than I expected but still a good length. I chose to walk from the high point downwards, as that seemed to be the direction most people were walking. At one point it gets pretty high up and it's a little intense but in a good way. Just keep walking and don't look down if you get scared or have scared little ones as it doesn't last that long. Also one piece of advice if you're planning to walk your dog with you over it.. my dog's a little on the smaller side and the steel metal flooring made her walk funny across the whole thing so it might be a little uncomfortable for small dog feet. But she was fine immediately after exiting the bridge. Also if you go in spring beware all the hanging caterpillar threads!

Beautiful park. Took me 4 years of living in SA to finally visit this park. We will be coming out here regularly now! Love this place.

Nice park aesthetically. However they are sorely lacking in signage keep people oriented. VERY easy to get lost. Need a map app!!

This is a review for the dog park. It's very nice - large area, obstacles for agility/fun, and a ton of tennis balls. The only downside is that large-breed dog owners do not respect the small vs. large dog sections. Even if a large dog is friendly, their size is too overwhelming for smaller dogs and can lead to unintended injury. I hope the park officials are able to remedy these owners' carelessness in the near future, before a lawsuit happens.

The land bridge opened this weekend, which is actually way less cool than it sounds, but it is still a nice park. Good trails with a hybrid between concrete and small rocks. There is also a decent playground with lots of shade.
