Exquirentibus Veritatem (03/19/2021)
I used this business to remodel my bathroom. He took out the tub and put in a shower stall. The work was done in a timely manner and I am very happy with the work. I would recommend this business.

I have had this guy do many things for me for close to a year. electrical work, texture and PAINTING, wood work, install curtain rods, mount tv's, mount blinds, remove unsightly shiplap, repair walls, mount shades, hang closet shelves. He went to far as to write on my paint cans what they were used for and put them in my garage. I have never had a problem out of his work or showing up on time or returning calls.nnSome customers can never be satisfied and do not know how to communicate with people properly. I will continue to have him do whatever he is able to do with my house. I would one hundred percent recommend him to anyone.

I hired this guy to paint and do some repairs around my home before I put in on the market to sale. He was recommended by a friend. He gave me a quote that was very reasonable. I purchased the paint that I wanted the house painted with. Then he said he was having problems getting the new paint to stick to the walls because the previous paint was an enamel based paint and I would need to buy primer. So, I purchased the primer. By this time we were about 2 weeks into the project. I needed a back door frame replaced because my dog had scratched it up. I purchased the frame but he said that wasn’t what I needed and returned it. After a month of “repairs, delays, and paint” he finally finished. There was paint everywhere. I hired a cleaning company to clean and they couldn’t even get it all off the floors. I called him back to come clean up his mess after he requested pictures. Which I gladly sent. He also didn’t reinstall the blinds he removed to paint. When I called him back to reinstall them, he was missing a blind. How does that happen? So, I had to buy a new blind. My home finally sold after 4 months of being on the market. The inspection came back and said the back door frame needed to be replaced. Exactly what I paid for. I called him up to have this conversation. I told him, the house sold and I need the back door frame replaced. He said, well I’ll be happy to do it but I’ll be out of town for a week. I then said, plus I’ve already paid you for this repair. His response, “ I’m not going to discuss that right now and I didn’t know your house was going to sit on the market for 4 months”. Basically he was going to try and charge me again. My original quote was $1750, I ended up paying $4,000 and I still have to pay a licensed contractor to fix my door. All this took a month to complete putting me behind on putting my home on the market and it isn’t even fixed properly. DON’T Hire this guy!!!
