Pizza Hut

Ticket #0116... I ordered online, and still was treated rude and unfair.... even left a tip for the driver... when he knocked on my door, I actually jumped along with everyone else in the house. The food though... pasta was dry and tough, no sauce either, the p'zone was burnt and cut brutally.. the pizza was also burnt and looked as if was tossed in the box. when I called to speak to a manager,1 0 mins and 46 seconds is how long I was on hold...worst and last pizza hut I'm going to. Don't go here... AT ALL!!!

I wouldn't even give them 1 star. They have no customer care, no quality. They run out of onions at 6:30pm??? Always running out of something. Run out of stuffed crust... Pizza was horrible and wouldn't compensate the $23 spent??? No reply from customer care. NEVER go there or order. I'm tellin ya.

It was not as good as other times and seemed confusing for employees, as they came out to my car twice to see what I ordered. After ordering online because they allow no one on still. Then after about 20 min of waiting came out to tell me they were out of a sauce forbone of my orders. The half full part of the cup ( so to speak), was getting hulu for 30 days free.

Because I can't put -5.nEverything wrong I could leave an order just happened to me, lousy service, wrong order 2 times, incomplete order and I ask for refund for what was missing and I had to wait still 20 minutes longer, obviously I get all cold. I think employees abuse brand fame, they don't care.

I haven't ordered pizza hut in over a year. They really stepped up there wings. Ordered the Nashville wings, but they called and said they were out. They had hot buffalo, which was really hot. I can't imagine how hot the Nashville wings are and can't wait to try them. Only downside is you have to order the ranch separately ud83dude2d. Second, there was a mishap up with our order for delivery and received a cheese only pizza instead of pepperoni. I called and they were really nice, sent someone out to exchange the pizza. Best experience ever! Thank you pizza hut! I will definitely be ordering again soon.
