Great service and fresh food! One time...only 1 guy was working in the store and he still managed to get food out and cash me out fairly quickly. He should get a raise.

Good sandwich and fast service normally. However, this location is not the best at following online orders. I always check leave at door and have only had it left at my door once. I never check cut my sandwich in half and its always cut in half. The former being more important to me in these times.

We love this Jimmy John's! We regularly have a Saturday or Sunday lunch here and the staff is cheerful, friendly, hardworking, and accurate with our orders. The sandwiches always taste delicious but one thing that really stands out at this JJ's is the amazing way they bake the bread! The crust has just the right amount of crispiness and a wonderful fresh baked flavor. Maybe the bakers here should be training all Jimmy John's bread bakers!

So I drive through San Antonio about 3-4 times a month and this has become a destination spot for me because 1.) I like Jimmy John's Sandwiches in general and 2.) The great Customer Service they have at this particular one. They same guy is usually the one that gets my order and he is always super Chipper! The receipt says his name is Ramon. If I owned a business he's the type of employee I would want working and training others! Good Job Jimmy Johns / Franchise Owner
